By Day 21: your Career Score baseline and biggest initial lever, a working hypothesis for your direction, and Version 1 of your Dynamic 90-Day Plan with real commitments already underway.
By Day 90: a direction you have decided on, a deliberate approach to visibility and sponsorship, a re-scored Career Score showing how your momentum has changed, evidence against the milestones you agreed at kickoff, and an evolved plan for the next cycle.

Your career will not move to the coaching calendar, so CAPE covers both the unexpected opportunity and the period after Day 90.
Opportunity Accelerator
Careers don't always follow the coaching calendar.
If a significant opportunity arises during your 90 days, an interview, a promotion discussion, an offer, a negotiation or another career-defining conversation, your engagement includes one additional 60-minute session to sharpen your strategy and prepare you to act.
Additional to your 8 core sessions, available for one qualifying opportunity during the 90 days. It is not converted into a general coaching session if it is not used.

CAPE doesn't end with Day 90.
About 30 days after your Review & Reset, a 30-minute session on how you are executing the next cycle, and what is getting in the way.
